Liquids and gels seem to be the ultimate reason to complain at the checkpoint. The existing law allows passengers to carrying 3 ounces or smaller bottles of liquids and gels. The bottles must be placed in a quart, clear plastic bag. Only one plastic bag per person is allowed, limiting the number you can wear.
